Enemy of the State, by Kyle Mills, is the latest chapter about CIA member, Mitch Rapp. President Alexander gets word that a member of the Saudi Arabian Royal Family is giving money to ISIS. President Alexander enlists the help of Mitch Rapp. Rapp is the only man the president knows he can trust to do this job. However, sending a message to Saudi Arabia will be tricky because of a secret deal the United States made with Saudi Arabia in 2001. After quitting the CIA to go on a mission for President Alexander, Rapp must put together a group of mercenaries to help him go into Saudi Arabia.
