Leonard Howell's worst nightmare is brought to life when his daughter Caroline is kidnapped. Not trusting the police, he calls the only man he trusts: Eddie Flynn, the ex-con who is now a lawyer.
Since Flynn himself knows how it feels to have your daughter kidnapped, he swears that he will get Caroline home safely.
